Mico's is a little food truck situated on Chimney Rock just south of Westheimer. And they are turning out an excellent (and authentic) Nashville style hot chicken sandwich. Their recipe is very close to Prince's Hot Chicken in Nashville.

Nashville Hot Chicken Comes to Houston - June 2019 - Mico's
