Americana - The Pearl Restaurant - Sam Houston Hotel
A new restaurant, The Pearl, has opened in the Sam Houston Hotel (aka The Sam) at 1117 Prairie and I had the opportunity to chat with Chris Loftis over lunch. Lunch was a corn chowder soup and entree was their fried oyster salad. Both recommended.
