One of the older, premiere Vietnamese restaurants in Houston with a mostly Vietnamese clientele. Slightly under the radar for some of us and highly recommended. The specialities here are the combo plates featuring the "com tam" which is often translated as "broken rice". Tam refers to the broken rice grains and com refers to the cooked rice. You really won't go wrong in ordering anything from the extensive menu. But I will let these photos give you some ideas:
